Delivery is not included in the price. Our products are despatched to UK mainland destinations only. If you are intrested in purchasing items from outside the UK, please email us at: office@kahunatree.co.uk
Items are sent out by post.
ORDER ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Your order will be acknowledged by email. When items are out of stock, we will contact you via email as soon as possible to offer a replacement or refund.
PAYMENT
We use PayPal to take on-line credit card orders. This is a secure payment system which enables you the customer to purchase goods safely using your credit card on-line. We do not keep any credit card details on file.
You can also pay by cheque. Please make the cheque payable to Kahuna Tree. Please email us to get the full address. We will bank cheques as soon as we recieve them, and then process your order.
PRIVACY
We will not pass your name or address onto any third party.

CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS
Orders may be cancelled within 7 days being sent to us. Please email office@kahunatree.co.uk. If we have not yet sent out your order we will refund you within 30 days.
If we have despatched the goods, please email: office@kahunatree.co.uk, advising us that you wish to return the goods. Please send back your order with the Order Note enclosed and a short reason why you are returning the items. It is your responsibility to re-wrap up the items and return the goods to us in a good condition. Any returns must be made within 10 days of you receiving the goods. In this case we will not refund your costs in sending the product back to us and reserve the right to take off your refund the delivery costs in sending it out to you.

All measurements are approximate. We cannot offer any guarantee about the products after they have been purchased. The use of this site is conditional on your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
